JVVNL — high meter bills

Sir, my account no. Is 17130323 and k no. Is[protected]. Suddenly my meter have been changed by the company. This meter is very fast in comparison of earlier meter. I have compare my bills of last four-five year and as per data thereof it appears that the my summer bill was not crossed the mark of 3000/- but in last two months after installation this faulty meter, it shoots up beyond 9 thousand. It is requested to please check the meter and arrange to change the same.in this case my cell no. Have also been swomotto changed in the bill so that mobile information of bill is not reached to me in time.
