JVVNL — Online Payment not Updated

Dear Support, I Made Online payment Via "Jvvnl_web" on 11-Feb-2015, which deduct my account of Rs1297. But did not got any recipt for it, instead i got an error page. Plz look into matter and update my payment or refund my money. My Consumer Account Details are as given here for which i made payment. Account No. 2306/0218 Bill No.[protected] K.
