K D Technology — fake company- threat to take legal actions

Hello dear sir/mam.

Mera nam vijaya he. Maine quiker par typing work ka ad dekha aur apply kar diya. Mere number par ek raj patel nam ke marketing executive ka call aya aur usne bola ki vo kd technology, gujrat se bol raha hai. Usne bola hamare yaha form filling ka work hai jo aap apne pc ya laptop par kar sakte ho. Usne bola 2200 forms ko 20 days me fill karna hai. Per form 25 rupees ke hisab se payment kiya jayega. Advance me koi money deposit ni karna hai but work complete hone ke baad aapki payment se 5200 rupees charges cut ho kar baaki ka payment aapko milega. Usne fir apna email (Raj. [protected]@gmail.com) send kiya aur [protected] no par mera adhar card send karne ko kaha. Maine kar diya. Uske baad usne ek link send kia jis par digitaldocs app download hua. Us par usne mera photo aur signature karne ko kaha. Uske baad company ki or se mujhe call aaya usme bataya gaya if maine given time period me work complete ni kia to mujhe 5200 rupees ka fine pay karna hoga. Usme bataya gaya ki agar 2200 me se 200 se zyada forms me galti hogi to company koi bhi payment nahi karegi. Fir unhone meri mail par 20/- rupees ka stamp send kia jisme yahi sab conditions aur company na name kd technology, gujrat likha tha. Company ka koi proper address nahi tha. Mera name bhi mention tha aur mera adress likha hua tha. Uske baad mujhe ek id aur password provide karaya gaya jis par muze work karna tha. Lekin wo open nhi ho rha tha... Fir meine unke company aur advocate ke bare me googling aur searching kiya to wo ak fraud company he aur unka advocate bhi fraud he.
Ab kd technology wale muze 5200 penalty aur extra charges fees mang rhe he aur legal action leneki dhamki de rhe he...
Alag alag no se bhi cl rhe ahe.

This intimation letter informs you that kd technology has field a case under the section of 73-74-75 of indian contract act 1872 for contract breach against you as under law that mention on the agreement that if you have not succeeded on your job or not completed then you have to pay the penalty amount.

Section 73. Imposes a duty on the party seeking damages to mitigate its loss,
Section 74. Compensation for breach of contract where penalty stipulated for when a contract has been broken,
Section 75. Party rightfully rescinding contract, entitled to compensation a person who rightfully rescinds a contract is entitled to consideration for any damage which he has sustained through the non-fulfillment of the contract.

So as you are not full fill the agreement rule, so that the company has take the help of legal proceeds for his compensation. So pay the amount as per agreement, so pay the amount as soon as possible to close your file, if the case being filed against you then you have in big loss of money for the legal procedure.
