I had booked private (charter) cab Xylo from K K Travels at Rs 4500 on advance payment for picking up me along with my family from terminal 2 Mumbai Airport to Nashik on 23rd July 2023 at 5:30P.M. With several reminders to the K K Travel agent available at terminal 2, he finally provided me a Ertiga Suzuki Car at 6:45 P.M. and told if I need Xylo it will take another 1 hour. I booked the Xylo with advance payment on 21st July for the travel of 23rd July. I traveled with the Ertiga car with highly uncomfortable situation. It was cheating by K K Travel by charging Rs 4500 for Xylo car and provided a mid size car on spot after 1 hour 15min delay. Highly unsatisfied and lodging the complaint for refund of the amount since my travel was just nightmare and very uncomfortable due to delay and small car provided by K K travels. Very low level of customer service.
