I am a Railway Employee. My LPGID[protected], I booked cylinder on 17.2.2015, received reply and Cash memo generated messages on 25.02.2015, Cash Memo No.[protected]. I visited the KTS Enterprises during March-2015 and complained about the non-delivery of the cylinder. I didn't received a positive reply. After a lapse of 1 month on 1.04.2015 received message, that cyl. is delivered, again visited the above said agency on 4.4.15 and enquired about the delivery of my allotted cylinder. Waited nearly for 1 hour, i.e., after arrival of the Manager of the concerned, I explained every thing about the non-delivery of the cylinder, she replied to me to book the cylinder again afresh over the phone. I am not satisfied with the reply of the Manager and returned dejectedly. And made complaint through IVRS my complaint No.252998 on 07.04.2015. However, I received a message over phone on the same day i.e., 7/4/15 that LPG subsidy of Rs.200.18 was transferred to my Bank Account. And I don't know where the cylinder allotted to me was delivered. My earlier LPG delivery on 6.2.2015, Two months over, I am running from one flat to another to get spare cylinder from my neighbours.
