Ka 05 Ad 3791 - Driver — rash driving and arrogant behavior of driver

Today near betl toll, i was passing through my bike & a tempo traveller coming from by flyover of e city phase 2 to phase 1 and passing on to hosur main road but he did not even slow down the vehicle he just crossing the road at high speed also he was speaking in phone and about to hit my bike & other 2 bike rides just escaped due to his neglegency of driving and also we stopped him & asked but he answers very rudely and behaving like a rowdy. He is not bothered of police also, vehicle photo attached, please take some action on such rude drivers in bangalore.
Such drivers dont have a concern about the other riders in road, not even have a common sense to slow down while crossing the roads
