Before making the contract, it was promised to me that they will place a househelp within 3 days of payment. I paid the first installment of INR7000 on 27th October 2023 and till date (8th Feb 2024), they have not placed a househelp for me. Just shared 1 or 2 random profiles that too after numerous follow ups. Kept saying we are arranging the best one for you and various others non-sense reasons for not being able to place. The lady in touch was Kailashpati and she is the worst in terms of customer empathy.
When I asked for refund after 3 months, they said I need to send email. After sending the email, they said they will not give refund, rather they will find a househelp and they need one last chance. Haven't even been harassed to this level ever.
