Fraud maid agency

Before making the contract, it was promised to me that they will place a househelp within 3 days of payment. I paid the first installment of INR7000 on 27th October 2023 and till date (8th Feb 2024), they have not placed a househelp for me. Just shared 1 or 2 random profiles that too after numerous follow ups. Kept saying we are arranging the best one for you and various others non-sense reasons for not being able to place. The lady in touch was Kailashpati and she is the worst in terms of customer empathy.
When I asked for refund after 3 months, they said I need to send email. After sending the email, they said they will not give refund, rather they will find a househelp and they need one last chance. Haven't even been harassed to this level ever.
Strongly advice never to use this agency to hire any househelp.

Am enroll many companies but only kaamwalibais.com promised was fulfilled on the same time. The training given to our maid; we did not feel that any new person has come to our house.

These people are fraud.
We were promised a maid to look after my 1 year old and do household work a month ago, after paying 50% agency fees, ie., 7500 rupees, its been a month we have been following up with them.
Since last week they have stopped even answering calls from our numbers after we told them that we need out money refunded, they answer only after we try calling them from other number and do not even speak politely like they did initially.
We were asked if a 19 year old girl will be ok to take care of my infant, she has worked with isha kopikar for 2 years and is currently studying (Which she will be doing whole night).
These people lack understanding and empathy and only play with peoples desperation and money.
Kindly avoid them and i just hope i get my hard earned money back
