Bus ticket was booked online from candolim to Mopa airport on the goakadamba website. We were waiting at the boarding point for an hour and a half. No contact information or bus information was shared to us after booking. We tried calling the kadamba office and all other customer support numbers we could find online. However, no one responded, after an hour we were able to get through and they blamed us for calling late and asked us to just book a cab instead. Terrible service.
