I have booked 2 tickets from Panjim Bus stand Booking Counter for Dabolim Airport. However the ticket was not accepted in Airport Shuttle Bus.The ticket counter person in Panjim didnot inform ticket is only valid for Vasco Shuttle Bus and not in Airport Shuttle Bus .When we boarded Airport Shuttle Bus, bus conductor denied to accept the Ticket(86Rs) taken from Panji counter, instead we had to pay 300Rs for Airport Shuttle Bus.
Request Kadamba to refund the ticket amount(86Rs).Photos of both tickets attached.

    Bus ticket was booked online from candolim to Mopa airport on the goakadamba website. We were waiting at the boarding point for an hour and a half. No contact information or bus information was shared to us after booking. We tried calling the kadamba office and all other customer support numbers we could find online. However, no one responded, after an hour we were able to get through and they blamed us for calling late and asked us to just book a cab instead. Terrible service. Wouldn’t recommend kadamba Goa to anyone.

      Bus ticket was booked online on kadamba website from Candolim to Mopa airport. However the bus never turned up and no information regarding the bus- neither the bus number nor contact info of the bus driver was provided. We waited for an hour and a half at the birding point and also tried contacting the kadamba Goa office and all other customer support numbers we could find. But none responded. After an hour they picked up the call and blamed us for not calling earlier and asked us to book a cab/taxi instead. Had a terrible experience with kadamba travels and would not recommend it to anyone.

        Conductor denying to give half ticket to a student

        The incident occurred on 15th of March 2023. I took a bus from North Goa District Hospital, Mapusa to Mapusa bus stand. The conductor denied me half ticket when I said I'm a student. Then he asked for the ID card of the college and took pictures of it on his phone and said, “We got a circular which mentions not to give any concession for private college students.” He also said that he was fined for giving half tickets to students of private...

        Subject: conductor boarding non students passengers on goa university kadamba bus.

        Respected sir,

        This is to bring to your notice that this morning we found that the conductor on the bus of goa university operated by kadamba transport from margao bus stand has boarded non student passengers on the bus meant for university.

        When my daughter raised an objection to the same, the same conductor talked rudely with her. What the use of checking student passes when he is allowing non student passengers to board. If your raise a question to him and face his rudeness.

        We raised this matter to your notice that if he acts in the same manner further and create discomfort to students specially girl student resulting non availability of seats because of non student passengers in the kadamba university bus, this letter as evidence to further our complaint.

        Thanking you in anticipation for your action in this matter.

          On 21/04/2012 I boarded panjim -Mysore Kadamba Transport Corporation Bus at Karwar bus stand at around 18:30 hrs for going to Mysore, Karnataka state. I purchased a ticket for the same by paying Rs 355/-. From the start of my journey itself the bus was running abnormally slow, the driver was running the bus as though the bus is a shuttle service even though the amount collected was for an express bus. The bus normally stops for dinner near Kumuta, Karnataka at around 20:30 hrs, but 21/04/2012 it reached that point at around 21:15 hrs. After approximately half an hour after the bus started from Sagara (Karnataka) bus stand, the both head lights of the bus became so dim that the driver was finding it difficult to drive even at 20 KMPH speed. Still the driver dared to drive the bus up to Shimoga, Karnataka, risking the life’s of around 30 to 35 passengers. Finally the bus reached Shimoga bus stand, Karnataka at around 03:00 hrs of 22/04/2012. Refund was made by the conductor to all the passengers after most of the passengers shouted at him. Initially he & the driver were telling that the bus will start further journey on day break.
          Unfortunately on 23/04/2012 again I boarded Mysore-Panjim Kadamba Transport Corporation Bus at Mysore on my return journey, thinking that incident during my onward journey was a isolated incident & this time it will be a nice event less journey. The journey from Mysore till Shimoga bus stand, Karnataka was very good & the bus left Shimoga bus stand at around 23:45 hrs of 23/04/2012. After travelling for another 15 Kms from Shimoga bus stand, the great Kadamba Transport Corporation Bus made some loud noise & the engine stopped running on its own at around 00:00 hrs of 24/04/2012. This time also the drivers & conductors of the bus were so insensitive to the feelings of the passengers, made the passengers to push the bus. The passengers also pushed the bus thinking that the driver is trying to start the bus, but their intentions were only to park the bus safely in a road side. Again money refund was made without comforting the passengers or trying for making alternate transport arrangement. I along with the remaining passengers stopped one KSRTC bus which was passing by & I reached my destination after changing some 3 buses in the dead of night.
          I am really astonished about the attitude of the personnel’s of Kadamba Transport Corporation, Goa & their carelessness about the safety of the passengers travelling with them. It is not surprising if some big accident takes place due to the careless behavior of the officials of Kadamba Transport Corporation. How someone in Kadamba Transport Corporation can authorize such old & poorly maintained bus that too for long distance journeys. I hope Kadamba Transport Corporation officials will take note of this low level event & prevent a major accident due to callous, neglecting behavior & I hope the officials will replace the existing old bus with a more passenger friendly comfort bus considering the safety & comfort of the passengers.
          I hope to get a early & honest reply from a responsible official of Kadamba Transport Corporation, Goa

          I mainly travels in a KTC buses only because of my service i.e interstate journey. I boarded Margaon - Sanvordem local bus in the evening time at powerhouse Margaon may be around 5.45 pm. That time the conductor didn't turn to me for a ticket until the bus reached at Quepem. When conductor asked for a ticket i paid him Rs. 20/- fare charges which is applicable, but the conductor gave me printed receipt of Rs. 10/- instead of Rs. 20 and argued when asked for actual printed ticket saying that since the time has lapsed he cannot gave the Rs. 20/- receipt.

          I only wish to know whether this is true or else whether this is conductor practice of his choice.
          Please look into the matter and try to take proper action iff anyone found guilty
