The Sarees which we ordered are not at all as described, the quality is cheap and it is not pure Litchi Silk.
The quality is very bad and lead to skin allergy on my Grandmom hand just for holding it for a couple of minutes only.
I have Requested the customer care multiple times by mail for the returning process but they say they cannot do it and doesn't even reply me a couple of times.
They say they have Easy Return policy and stuff but all seems to be Fake.
No proper reply and no support from their side.
As per their return policy it clearly states that return can be accepted if the item is not as described.
But they Won't accept it in any way.
