Deeply regretted that your employee Agniresh assitant working in arthopedics is misbehaving with patients, not following first come first serve basis deliberately. His attitude is not fit for working in your esteemed hospital. He said ‘Yaha Aise hi hota and you can’t to do anything’ I am coming to your hospital since last 5 year and never faced any problem. Very disappointed with Agniresh behaviours.

We were asked to do Neck Ultrasound by Dr. Usha Maheshwari to check the lymph nodes that is Tubercular Lymphadenitis.
We decided to choose the near and authentic centre to do this.
We went to Kailash Hospital in Sec 27 Noida .
On 19/05/2022 this was done by Consultant Radiologist Dr Sashi Bhushan Lakra .As per his reports there was no necrotic tissue and the left upper cervical lymph node was measuring 8.4* 5.1 mm.
When I showed the same reports to my Doctor Dr Usha Maheshwari then she was not happy with the reports. She asked me to visit the same Radiologist and confirm if there is necrotic tissues or not.
I went again and confirmed the same with Dr. Sashi Bushan Lakra. He clearly said on my face that reports are completely fine, no necrotic tissues are there.
We decided to do get it done from some other Centre.
We got it done from Dr Sonia Softa who is based in Rayz Ultrasound clinic . Formerly at Indraprastha Apollo Hospital, Delhi.
As per her reports there was a largest necrotic tissue measuring 22* 7 mm in the left upper cervical region which was three times as shown by Kailash Hospital.
And they clearly mentioned in the reports that go for FNAC test.

Recently Dr.Shikha met my mother and without diagnose her problem she made to do test and all.
She also didn't listen to what the patience is saying.
While leaving the OPD room she asked for the insurance as she is looking for the Money only.
That was a Complete waste of money and time there.

The radiology department at Kailash Hospital sector 73, Noida, is charging more than doble the amount for any test as compared to other diagnostic centres.

CECT- neck costs 9500₹ at Kailash Hospital whereas I got the same test done at other diagnostic centre just for 4000₹.

A normal x-ray that costs at around 300₹-500₹ at other diagnostic centres, Kailash Hospital is charging 1300₹ for the same.

My mother n. R. Sringari aged 82 years was admitted in kailash hospital, sec.27 noida on march 27th due to breathlessness. She was put on ventilator for a day and was in icu for around 2 weeks. Some nurse has taken blood from thighs for testing purposes. After that she has swelling and reddishness there. Now also after nearly a month swelling is there and is very painful. The senior doctor while follow-up asked where it happened and prescribed antibiotics which has not given any relief.

There is an incident happened yesterday to me when I had my father admitted there with food poisoning's problem. He was admitted there for 1day and when I received the final bill amount, for some reason I decided to look into the bill little more carefully to figure out what all they have charged for. I was astonished by the fact that they have charged 4000 bucks for bed charges for a single day. I had to pay 10000 bucks in total excluding medicines. When I went and checked with the Dr. Mohan Gupta (Owner of hospital), he said very casually "Why do you bother? Any way you will get this amount reimbursed bu your insurer". This was very inappropriate excuse I have ever heard by a person who is present at such a respectful position in medical profession.

It is a case of sheer medical mismanagement/negligence with malafide intentions during hospitalization of my mother, Late Smt. Meera Srivastava, in Kailash Hospital, Noida and this resulted into death of my mother. We took our mother to Subhodh Chandra (Sr. Physicain) of kailash Hospital on complaint of Nausea, Vomiting and Loose Motions. But due to deliberate mismanagement by the doctors the condition of my mother deterioted day by day and resulted into multi organ failure (including kidney) and ultimately led to death.
Death Date : 04/09/2009

Doctors of Kailash hospital taking enjoy of money and they don't have any guilty for this type shameful result. I, my father and my all family was mentally , healthily , disturbed by that hospital.

Please help us for the same. I am waiting for your kind advice.
