[Resolved]  Kakatiya University — Original degree(OD) not issuing delayed

I am Haritha Thurpati and I completed my bachelor's degree BTech from Kakatiya University in 2022. I have applied for the Convocation/original degree on 03 November 2023 in Tatkal mode and also paid 980 rupees fees. As they mentioned in the portal, the certificate should have been issued in 15 days but now it has been completed 47 days. Still, I am not getting a proper response from the respective department. I have also contacted and mailed to the respective mobile numbers and mail IDs provided in the support section of the website https://www.kuonline.co.in/pay/support.aspx.
