I have applied for my convocation on 26-06-18 on tatkal basis. Its almost been a month and still have not received it. On the form it says (5 days for tatkal) what is a point of applying on tatkal when the university cannot send the same on time and when they take tatkal cost as well? Below are my details. I do not think so that this website really useful as I have not got any response from here. Finally, I had to call the University and check for the update.
