Kakinada Municipal Corporation — burning of street lights in vidyuth nagar, kakinada

I have complained through pura seva portal stating that the street lights are not burning for the past four days. The portal was completely neglected and the same is pending though it was reminded by me in the portal. I am residing at vidyuth nagar, back side of state bank colony, ashok nagar, door no. 68-9-48/3, the municipal authorities are not clearing the complaints which are registered on the pura seva portal.
I request the authorities to look into the complaint and action may be taken.
