We are residents of 7-7-6/1 Pattabhi Street ramaraopeta.
There is a municipal tree outside our house whose flowers smell is very dangerous and lots of inspects (caterpillar) are creating lot of problems for the kids.
It's a government property so can you please take action.

defective saree sold by kalamandir worth of 7200 inr

I purchased a saree worth of 7200 INR on 11.06.2019. the seller has assured me that it was the best catalogue product in their show room. But when I got back home I saw beads were coming out of the saree and falling every where. On 12.06.2019 I asked refund for the entire amount and the show room manager denied the refund and offered me an exchange. But I don't want the exchange and I need full refund of the money along with legalizing refunds in all the textile/retail show rooms if customer is not satisfied

I have given lots of complaints before but no action has been taken
I even tried puraseva app... No use... Useless app...
Iam talking about gudarigunta area where i stay.
Kids and women are being attacked by these pack of dog (8-10)
Even people on bikes are being attacked...
The whole night they keep howling due to which infant and kids are scared...
Please take immediate action before it is too late...

cutting of damaged tree - prone to accidental collapse

We are residing in D.NO.8-13/3-1/4, RAJPRAKASH STREET and heard that municipal authorities decided to cut one tree opposite to this house.. Near that another Tree to be demolished as it has hollow place in middle of its base and it may get collapse at any day with cyclone winds. I have complained through pura seva portal stating that the street lights are not burning for the past four days. The portal was completely neglected and the same is pending though it was reminded by me in the portal. I am residing at vidyuth nagar, back side of state bank colony, ashok nagar, door no. 68-9-48/3, the municipal authorities are not clearing the complaints which are registered on the pura seva portal.
I request the authorities to look into the complaint and action may be taken.

Garbage not taken away from houses at Vidyut Nagar, Kakinada

We are living at Vidyuth Nagar, Kakinada at Door No.68-9-48/3. The garbage which was accumulated in the houses has not been taken away for the past one week. Much difficulty is being faced. Nearly ten families are residing side by side in this area. The streets are not cleaning by the Municipal staff. Please see that the Garbage is lifted.

Daily so many pigs are coming to the voletivari street, gandhinagar, kakinada and spoiling the surroundings. Many school going children are here in this street. Because of these pigs the health conditions of the people will be effected. Actually this problem is almost everywhere in the town. Since last one year i am noticing the promises of municipal authorities saying that they are taking action for removal of these pigs. But it seems no concrete action has been taken in this regard and without any concrete action in arranging healthy sanitory conditions, it would be very difficult to see kakinada as smart city. Officers physical presence with cooperation of the local citizens is must in removing the problems.
Hence, i request the municipal commissioner to look into the matter personally and see that this problem is cleared.
I am posting this compliant as a citizen and an early compliance in this regard is highly solicited.

Improper cleaning of waste from apartments

I am resident from Red cross street Gandhi Nagar. The lady who comes to collect the waste from every house always creates problem in taking the waste.
She claims money if the waste is more else she wont take the waste. Giving money is not a problem but giving daily is not good. And if she is not taking that waste flies and other insects are coming which will cause I'll health for the residents.
I request you to take necessary action as fast as possible towards this issue. It is becoming daily drama in our street. We all are fed up with that lady.

Stone remover over the canal which is in between the road, regarding.

I am a resident of vivekananda street, opposite Sarvaraya Textiles Limited kakinada, there is canal starting of this road, and the canal is layed by stome to pass over the vehicles, to clean the canal one of the stone was removed by the your sanitary staff nearly 6 month back, due this there was big hole happened in between the road there is no caution or sign to alert the cyclist, two wheeler s and four wheelers. Most are fallowing in the hole and hospitalizing, facing lot of damage to their vehicles. So many people also fall in this hole and criticizing the Corporation authorities. I already informed the same to your office and they --replaying, it will be solved shortly but it is not yet solved, so I request you kindly visit this area personally or send your Representative to easy under the problem. It is not individual problem it is a public problem so kindly solve this problem and make the people to pride kakinada municipal corporation.

Malpracticing water for home water supply pipeline

Here at Kakinada, many houses owners are connected their water tank through municipal supply water pipe. This is interconnected thus nobody can get clue.
Please check it to avoid water supply chain obstruction. This is an offence to restrict public water at his own home for personal use.

Dumping building materials on road

Dear Sir/ Madam
This is to highlight that most of the streets in and around Town Railway station are dumped building materials on roads leads to blockage of road and traffic jam.
Most of the roads are blocked by builders/contractors by spreading materials on the roads. Especially Dharani Builders near Church have blocked the road completely to ease their concrete works.. Neither Municipal officers nor concerned officials are bothered about blockages of roads by builders/contractors.
I urge respective authorities to take immediate action to clear the roads for easy trffic flow.

Unauthorized Parking of Heavy Vehicles - Buses, Trucks

I am resident of Nagamallithota, number of vehicles including Buses belong to Gouthami are parking on the roads near Hanuman Temple in Nagamallithota.
Buses are being cleaned daily on the road and creating traffic nuisance particularly during school and office hours. This road is also leads to Little Wood school small children used to travel this road to school which may cause unsafe to children.
Kindly see that all heavy are removed from the Road and clear the road for Traffic ease.

negligence on public health

The workers of the public health and sanitation departments who are supposed to clean the
waste on the streets and dispose on specific assigned areas are collecting the waste and

I am the resident of chandika street, jagannaik pur, kakinada-533002. The sanitation in this is poor. Sweepers are demanding money for lifting garbage and hence the residents are dumping garbage on road side. Earlier sweepers worked in this street are dedicated and now the sweepers in this street is money minded duty only. Instead of lifting garbage they will through into drainage and the drainage person lift that and throw on road and next day same process will continue.

DEVELOPMENT OF R.R.NAGAR PARK

Public park in R.R.Nagar is NOT AT ALL DEVELOPED. It is being used as an annexe of Function Hall of Kapu Welfare Association. As per the agreement of Municipal Corporation and the "Kapu Welfare Association" and as per the Govt.Order (GO Ms. No.497 dt. 12.11.2002, certain conditions for development of Park by Kapu Welfare Association are stipulated:
1. Fountain with Aquarium fishes
2. Beutification by lighting arrangement
3. Providing of Care Taker and Gardeners
4. Cleanliness with utmost priority, etc.
It is being used as a Parking Lot and is not accessable to the people of the colony. Inspite of several requests and petitions to The Commissioner, there is NO ACTION FROM THE MUNICIPAL CORPORATION. We are afraid that the Public Land is being diverted to Private people.

I am a resident of Gollala Ramalayam street,kakinada-5 very scared of street dogs in my street. since everyday when any person or vehicle goes in my street and most of the times the dogs are chasing . Its really very threating because they bites children also. Street Dogs, Pigs menace and Open Defecation is very high in Kakinada Muncipal Corporation
Yes in our street Balajinagar, Near 5 Bldgs Jn., Engg College Post Office, 533003. There are 5-8 dogs always barking especially at night. They are coming inside our house during night. Please help.

Kakinada Municipal Corporation — Street lights are not put off even at 6.10 AM - sunrise being 5.45 AM.
The street lights are unnessarily burning at least half an hour more than requirement. Kindly look into and take action immediately. Regards, Pantulu
