So I came across this website www.https://kalakaarindiaa.com/ and wanted to make a purchase. I put my desired product in the cart and proceeded for check out. I opted for online payment via paytm upi. The payment was fulfilled by the app but the website didn't process my payment and again directed me to the payment page. The money was deducted from my account. Later I tried to contact the website merchant through by calling them on the number they have mentioned on the website but there was not response. I even texted them over watsapp and mailed them but yet no response. I have been trying to contact and reach them since. I confirmed with my paytm app that the money was sent to the upi id that was attached to the merchant sbi account. I have been trying to reach them on any media possible.
