Maine 14 pro max cover order kra but wrong product bheja ab contact kar rahi hu to contact ni ho paa raha mujhe product return krna hai wrong bheja

I have ordered two bottles from kalakaar. One of them is very pretty while the other has a pixelated print. I have been mailing them for the past four days mentioning the reason from the first mail itself. They kept the conversation on and kept on asking me for different details, hard copies of bills what not. And at the end of the fourth day don't me that they don't exchange products on the first place. Such a waste of time. They why bother with all these information.
Everytime you call on there Customer care number to make the process easier and faster they give you only one solution that is to send a mail. I don't understand why they have a Customer care number in the first place.
I would never make any other purchase from this website or never recommend it. Firstly it is not at all user friendly. Secondly there are high chances you might recy extremely poor quality products which they are not going to take any responsibility for. Very bad experience.

I have bought iphone cover 13pro from kalakaar india and thier cover was covering the lenses so i initiated for exchange or refund. They asked me for full video which I sent including pictures and video recording.
So they picked up the cover
1. but forgot to send new cover…
I reminded them and then they
2. sent it to me the same cover once again
And I had same issue again

So I made a video of it and sent it to them through whatsapp as the video size was too large for gmail and
3. now they are asking for video again on gmail only 😹 because they cant consider video from their own whatsapp. This looks like complete scam. They dont want to refund money and take back their product.

Poor quality, poor customer services,

I have being going back and forth with the customer service. They don’t read the emails properly or speak to you politely. Extremely rude. They also leave no way to speak to a senior colleague and shut you down before the complaint can be made. Even after days of back and forth I have reached NO where with them. They won’t even agree for an exchange let alone a refund of the product. The photos on their website is fake and does not match the actual product. It’s a SCAM! It’s not just a shade difference but also the entire product and its quality. Their products in real life look cheap with cheap colours that do not match their aesthetic photos whatsoever. You wouldn’t pay that even they’re so called low prices if you ever saw these products in real life. And they will NOT budge to give you refunds whatsoever.

I ordered a cover from them, it came horribly stained and loose, would slide off my phone - they replaced it after 3 days of back and forth and the customer service agent was EXTREMELY rude. Then the replacement arrived, and it was even worse - would literally come off the sides of my phone with minimal nudging, and my phone would wiggle in the case. Now they're being extremely evasive and flimsy and refusing to refund the money - I'm filing a complaint and issuing a chargeback because this company is a FRAUD.

I cannot cancel or edit my order. It exclaims "Order Not Found. We're sorry, but we couldn't find this order. If you believe this is incorrect, please contact the store and let their support team know you're experiencing issues." Really Terrible experience with Kalakaar India.

I came across this website www.https://kalakaarindiaa.com/ and purchased the 'Gold Veins Slim case cover with custom holder - Blue Marble left one with holder' for my mobile phone.
It was looking very appealing at the beginning as this was a specially designed custom cover so I placed this order on 31st Jan. This item got delivered on 6th Feb and unfortunately the item received is way beyond expectation as all sides open. Ideally back covers are used to shield the mobiles which is unlikely in this case as it has wide spaces open on all sides (Top, bottom, left/right sides).
Since their office closed on Sunday, I called them today post 11AM and explained the entire problem while asking for a refund of the whole amount (399/-) as the product was not at all satisfied. To my surprise, the lady on the other side 'Ms. Rhea was rude and not even helping me instead asked me to raise a complaint via email but the product cannot be exchanged. As per her reason, it was mentioned in their KALAKAAR INDIA site that cutouts allowed for easy access for camera and charging port but nowhere they showed the pictures of side, top and back view of the back covers how it looks, presentation etc. which left the customer confused.

While speaking to Ms. Rhea I found there is no way calls can be transferred to higher authority (supervisor, manager etc.) and you have to deal with this product for a lifetime. It was completely wastage of time as Ms. Rhea doesn't have any solution and gives the same verbatim/response which were asked of her to follow.
I called up their office again and luckily this time got a chance to speak to her supervisor Ms. Vaani but unfortunately she was also of no help and rather than listening to what customers suffer, providing the same old response which I already heard from her junior.
On account of exchange/refund, policies are not at all transparent and something mentioned below 'We don't provide refund for delivered items' and this left me frustrated as who on this earth will apply for refund even before the item is delivered ?...completely nonsense.

I know you/CEO/Manager/your team are not going to help and refund my amount in any regard but through this mail I would like to bring your notice that brand building is important and more important is to maintain them specially when you are competing with other e-commerce sites.
I am going to share this feedback to your blogs, social media platforms like FB, Insta, watsapp and ensure the pain I received while buying this item and talking to your so-called customer team, should not feel for other customers who are planning to buy any item.

WORTHLESS, SHAME, UNSATISFACTORY experience on KALAKAAR INDIA.

I have ordered a phone case for me on May 7th 2021 from kalakaarindia.com site . Till now there are no updates about the product. I have already paid the amount for the product. But they are not delivering the product. Even if there is some delays they should have informed me about that. But till now they haven't sorted out the thing. I hope I will get a solution soon

My order Id is 92860 I didn't received the order it was returned without even informing me. When I called on the number that is given on their site is not valid even email is also not valid . I messaged them on their instagram there too no response neither my money is returned till date.

I opted for online payment via paytm upi. The payment was fulfilled by the app but the website didn't process my payment and again directed me to the payment page. The money was deducted from my account. Later I tried to contact the website merchant through by calling them on the number...
