I ordered a cover from them, it came horribly stained and loose, would slide off my phone - they replaced it after 3 days of back and forth and the customer service agent was EXTREMELY rude. Then the replacement arrived, and it was even worse - would literally come off the sides of my phone with minimal nudging, and my phone would wiggle in the case. Now they're being extremely evasive and flimsy and refusing to refund the money - I'm filing a complaint and issuing a chargeback because this company is a FRAUD. Was this information helpful? |
