Kalazone Silk Mills — Order not dispatched even after 22 days of placing the order.

I placed my order on 24 August 2014. The order number is 27181, but till today my order is not dispatched from Kalazone ware house and i'm not getting a concrete reply regarding the same. I've been calling everyday to their phone number but no use. They were not able to dispatch it till today. I've paid full amount for all 7 dresses but in vain. My order is not been dispatched by today. i'm sorry to say that i'm totally disappointed by the attitude of the customer service ppl.
