I ordered a saree from them in 2016 and paid online. Never got the product or the refund.

We have started a buisness named EARN FROM HOME with kalazone silk mills by giving Rs. 10000 to them. They had fraud with us . Initially they send worst quality defected material and then they refuse to send other material.

Sir, With reference to order number #103237. I orders a suit worth ₹ 3099. When I got the suit via blue dart courier I was delivered a wrong defective suit packed in a worst condition and charged ₹3400 for the same.. I immediately returned the suit next day.. I was promised to get refund in a single week but it has been more than a month. I daily call them nut there I no positive response. I m being fooled by their staff saying refund is iniated and u will receive I 2 days .. But till not I have not received a single penny. It is really the worst shopping. Experience.. I placed my order on 24 August 2014. The order number is 27181, but till today my order is not dispatched from Kalazone ware house and i'm not getting a concrete reply regarding the same. I've been calling everyday to their phone number but no use. They were not able to dispatch it till today. I've paid full amount for all 7 dresses but in vain. My order is not been dispatched by today. i'm sorry to say that i'm totally disappointed by the attitude of the customer service ppl.

I ordered three items as per following details and was informed after three days that two items have gone out of stock! They shipped a single item(WD20085) but did not initiate any refund for rest of the two items. I would here by request them to please do the needful. They are not even replying to the mails now. I made an order of Amount Rs: 888 having one product (Item Code: D6232) on 16-June-2013. But I got a different product of less amount. So, after calling to customer care, I sent back the unwanted product to them through courier. As I see, courier has been received by Kalazone. But till not I did not got a call about that.

I think we should no go for online product. Its best to go to a shop and but from them...

I have given online ordered two nos Shari which order no 8052 (29/06/11) from Kala Zone Slick Mills .I received the parcel on 23/06/11 with good packing and seal condition.But when I open seal VPP packing it is surprise that KALA ZONE has send some Surat Publish Books and Some Company Magazine instead of Shari .When I given written complain then they request contact over telephone.I have been contact over telephone in several times and request to return my paid amount Rs 3070 or same product.They inform me that Kalazone have no any responsible regarding this issue if Indian postal Department take any action then they will return back my paid money. They have been facing thousand of case like that so it is not possible to return money from company.

As per my experience I think Kalazone Silk Mills SURAT is a fraud company so every body should alert !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I will go in consumer court in my home town at Golaghat.

i had ordered for few dress materials from kalazone silk mills, surat. the order was telephonic and i recieved the items through vpp. bill no vpp-4237. the items (total 5 no.s) received was not what i asked for.on contacting them, they told us to send the shipment back at my own cost and promised to replace them and without any more payment.
i promptly returned all recieved dresses back at my own cost. today (11 oct 08) some mishraji called me and told that i need to pay extra sum of rs 870 and he is sending the items.he said that they recieved the items i sent on 10 sep08. and now after one month he calls me and says that he recieved only two pieces of dresses( i had sent 4 dress pieces).
When i wanted to talk to his superior, he refused. iam unable to believe in whatever he is saying as they have faltered to meet their set deadline by almost three months.and why did they kept quiet for one month regarding the defficiency of items that i sent them.
All in all a very unfriendly organisation of surat.
