The services are intermittent. They promised uninterrupted service during connection availing and the service is not as promised. They frequently disconnect the internet connection from their side and when asked what happened? They make excuses like power outage of xyz apartment from where the connection is taken this practice is also prevalent with many other isp in the area. Kindly look into the matter and take action against such practices which account to cheating of the customer for monetary benefits. We have availed the service for 4 months now.
