Kaleswari Travels — kaleswari travels bus worst strategy on passengers

My mother get into the kaleswari travels bus on 28th april 2018. They have shifted her to 3 buses by leaving her in the midnight at some unknown place. The other bus came after 30 mins which is so risky and uncomfortable to her. I felt so bad because of this worst travels bus as she don't know the place and was felt scared after leaving at some unknown place. Please take action on this travels and please pass on some guidelines to travel agencies that they should obey those rules which won't be risky to passengers.
