Kalson Holidays And Suites — Fraud regarding Tourist Package and Refund of money

Fraud kalson holiday . Kalson holiday sold their packages by making false promises during the meeting. When I read full details of their offers in the agreement then I got to about the reality. After 1 hours of payment I told them to cancel it they refused to cancel and they told will charge Rs. 25000 money from us.
during my 1st meeting I have asked them if want to cancel this package with 2-3 Days then whether I will get full refund or not, then Abinash Soni told me yes that i will get full refund amount that is Rs.1, 60, 000/-. They didn't gave me proper time to read the complete agreement properly and made me sign on the document in a hurry . I had also told them to give me and my Husband sothat we can discuss, but the guy Sunny just came in between our discussion with in 2 minutes when I was discussing with my husband whether to purchase or not.
After reaching home with in one hour my Husband called Abinash Soni to cancel the package then he clearly refused to cancel it.
In a service industry there is a cooling period for customer, in between those days customer can cancel the package and get full refund amount. But kalson holiday denied to give full refund.

The next day then we have agreed to retain the package and they told us just take 1 holiday tour then we will feel safe for kalson. But after going to holiday we didn't not get proper hotels which they have promised and we have paid for pickup service which we have complementary in our package.
Now they are charging Rs.1, 33, 000/- for our tour. In this amount they have also attached the membership charges of Aluxor Inn, Raipur Chhattisgarh. On 25.05.2023 my Husband did a surprise visit to Aluxor Inn Raipur, where the representative of Aluxor Inn told that just two days before kalson Holiday gave our form for membership, which means the day when we told kalson Holiday to completely cancel the package. The staff of Aluxor Inn also told that our membership card also not processed which means the membership can be cancelled. After conversation with staff of Aluxor Inn we contacted Abinash Soni, kalson that Aluxor Inn didn't not processed our membership and to cancel the membership . Then Soni called Aluxor Inn to refuse to our cancellation request. Immediately after 5 minutes we got the call from Aluxor Inn staff and he denied us to cancel the membership. Kalson Runs by 5-6 people. Head is Abinash Soni, and other staff are Sunny Malviya, Aarti Thakur, Burhan Uddin.

They also attached the membership charges of Aluxor In Raipur, where Aluxon inn also equally participating in doing fraud to customers.

I request everyone not to purchase kalson Holiday package.
