MY DAD GOT CONVINCED AND TOOK SERVICES OF HIGHER PACKAGE AND MONEY WAS GIVEN THRU CREDIT CARD SAYING U CAN PAY MINIMUM AMOUNT AND REST LATER BY EMI MISTAKLY THEY SWAP 100000+ AMOUNT AND WAS NEXT DAY WHEN WE WERE TRYING TO CONTACT MS MAHIMA RAI THERE SALES AGENT AND FRAUDESTER SHE SAID THEY HAVE LEFT THE CITY AND CANT HELP ANY MORE AND U NEED TO CONTACT CUSTOMER CARE THERE CUSTOMER CARE IS some what owner of the company AND STARTED ABUSING

these people are just buying reviews from local people and want to keep it high dinner is just a game VERY BAD FRAUSTERS
i want my full money if you can help it
it will be a great help as for this package loan was taken from credit card and we are paying emi with interest

कालसन हॉलिडेज अँड सुट्स प्रायव्हेट लिमिटेड इस कंपनी ने डिसेंबर 2022 को गलत जानकारी देके हॉलिडेज पॅकेज दे दिया है।

"सारी कमिटमेंट बाते लिख के देंगे, लिखित मे देंगे" ऐसे कमिटमेंट प्रेझेंटेशन मे की है लेकिन Pavement के बाद आखरी पल में, घर जाते जाते वक्त टर्म् और कंडिशन्स का कागज हाथ मे थमा दिया है। हर आदमी को सेम पॅकेज अलग अलग रकम को दे देते है। बकरा जितनी ज्यादा रकम को कट सकता है उतना काट देते है।

0% EMI (हर महिना) पेमेंट कर सकते है ऐसा बोलके क्रेडिट या डेबिट कार्ड से पुरा पैसा ले लेते है और बाद में क्रेडिट या डेबिट कार्ड की बँक से EMI करावा लो ऐसा बोल देते है। इसमे प्रोसेसिंग फी और भारी व्याज भी देना पडता है(मुझे 11000/- देना पडा) ।
हॉलिडे मे कार कम रेट से घुमने देंगे, स्पोर्ट ऍक्टिव्हिटी फ्री होगी ऐसे बहुत कमिटमेंट किया है। टर्म, कंडिशन email मिलने पर पुछा तो ये सिर्फ एक फॉर्मॅलिटी है ऐसे कहा है।
लिस्टेड ना होते हुए भी हिमालय रिसॉर्ट गुलमर्ग का दो घंटे प्रेझेंटेशन देना ये धोकाधडी नही है तो और क्या है?

हॉलिडे के वक्त ये कमिटमेंटस करनेवाले हात ऊपर कर देते है। बुकिंग टिम अलग ही बताती रहती है। 5 star हाॅटेल के सपने दिखाकर कुछ गिने चुने 2 या 3 स्टार हाॅटेल की लिस्ट भेजी जाती है। पॅकेज लेते वक्त एक हप्ता पहिले भी बुकिंग करवा देंगे ऐसा बोलते है और बुकींग के वक्त Availability के नाम पे कंपनी ने बताये हाॅटेल में ही रुकवा रहे है। जो आपको कहीं भी 1000/- या 1500/- में मिल सकता है। तब फंस जाने का अहसास जरुर हो रहा है। अगर सारे पैसे नहीं मिले तो मै तो पोलीस स्टेशन मे धोखाधडी का केस दर्ज करने की सोच रहा हूँ।

प्रेझेंटेशन मे एक भी टर्म, कंडीशन नही बताते:

डेढ महिना पहले ऐसा कौनसा हॉटेल है जो पूरा बुक हो जाता है? पॅकेज देते वक्त एक हप्ता पहिले भी आपका बुकिंग करवा देंगे, ऐसे कहा था। हर वक्त बुकिंग के समय अवेलेबिलिटी के नाम पे ऐसा ही होगा। और कोई भी हॉटेल में रुकवा देंगे।
ये एक धोकाधडी का केस लग रहा है।
सारे पैसे जल्दी से जल्दी वापस कीजिएगा।

Fraud kalson holiday . Kalson holiday sold their packages by making false promises during the meeting. When I read full details of their offers in the agreement then I got to about the reality. After 1 hours of payment I told them to cancel it they refused to cancel and they told will charge Rs. 25000 money from us.
during my 1st meeting I have asked them if want to cancel this package with 2-3 Days then whether I will get full refund...

On 05 Nov 2022 I joined your Kalson holidays and Suite membership through your representative Mr. Ashish Nag at Hotel Intercity Bilaspur 495001 Chhattisgarh.

I want to cancel my membership and refund my money Rs-25000/ immediately.
1. I want Cancelled Membership because Payment EMI not Confirmed by KALSON and total 25000 money deducted from my Credit Card.
2. I can't manage your Annual Maintenance Charge AMC Rs-8500/
3. Total 43 holiday days are not mentioned clearly in the Agreement.
4. I am not able to manage this type of Membership.

By the influence of a representative promise I had joined this but i can't manage this Membership AMC charge because i am facing financial problems.
Kindly refund my amount as soon as possible.

Dear Sir,

Yesterday 05 Nov 2022 I had joined your Kalson holidays membership through your representative Mr. Ashish Nag at Hotel Intercity Bilaspur 495001 Chhattisgarh.

I want to cancelled my membership and refund my money Rs-25000/ immediately.

Kalson hotel and suits cheat us, they take our money. They are cheater. Not service provider.

In December month we have planned for Dubai trip, One of the Kalson Executive (Shubham Soni) has said that he has applied for visa and submitted amount in hotel for Rtpcr test(but not actually), for the same he asked for 20 thousand around amount but unfortunately at the same time we were found COVID positive that's why we couldn't go for Dubai . Then he said that the amount has been deducted which we have given for visa and rtpcr test, now if we are asking for the Visa and Rtpcr amount submission receipt, he is not giving at all, now it's been around 20-25 days and he is not giving any acknowledgement for both the Visa and Rtpcr .
Also we have joined Kalson via executive Avinash (Aashima Mall office, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh)
Very disappointed service from Kalson

I take a package from kalson details given to us is completely different Dan real company rules... details don't provide room to us for.our.bookongs

In shimla we met to sales person of kalson holidays and they cheat us first we rejecg this proposal and at last they told there is special package for you in 19000 they gave 8 days hotel package to us they deduct money from us of 19000 without our confirmation now afterthat they said you have to pay 7000 more for AMC charges. Now they even didnot respond our mail also even they are not refund our money back.kindly look into it. And resolve this issue

Kalson has done fraud with us and they are not returning our money.

They called us to visit there office saying that we have won some offer and presented the membership with us with lots of benefits. We purchased the membership and once we started to use the same, we got to know that they have told us all lies and false claims. They have cheated us by giving wrong information and now they are not returning our money.

Here is the list of false commitments and fraud done by kalson while selling the membership:

Their sales team have done fraud with us by saying that they have hotels in all european cities. This was a big lie told to us by them while selling the membership. They told us they have hotels in all european cities that we mentioned, and we agreed to buy the membership only keeping our europe trip in mind. We got confirmation from them no of times on this and they said they have hotels in all european cities. They even shown list of hotels in there website "kalson holidays & suites". Later when we started enquiring customer care for booking, we got to know that they have hotels in few cities only.

180000 rs k amount m unki company humko per year 2 week (1week kalson / 1 week Dae) ki taraf se india asia international hotels resideds use k liye degi 10 years tak aur y v kaha ki aapko decision abhi lena h to y offer denge

So iske regarding humne unke plan ko accept karte hue 10000 by debit card pay kiya tha jiska bill mere pass h

Agle din jab company ki taraf se varification call aaya tab unka plan poori tarah mismatch hua .
Wo humse DAE ke liye extra charge pay karne hoge aisa kah rahe the
so plan mis match hone par humne unko confirm karne ko kaha but unki taraf se fir koi jawab nai aya

Fir humne unke venue par jakar unse baat ki waha par v wo humko satisfied nai kar paye humne fir unko refund karne ka kaha

Tab agle din fir company ne humko 3yr ka plan offer karaya mr paras ne clearly kaha tha ki dae k charges humko nai dene padege but agle din fir varification m wo plan match nai hua uske baad unka fir 10 din tak. Koi response nai aya to humne refund k liye kaha to unhone y kahkar taal diya

To kis baat ki membership kaat rahe h y log aur poori taarah se gumrah kar rahe h ek din m inki bina varification kiye membership v automatic kar di gayi jo ki hamari dwara nai ki gayi h

Mujhe or mere husband ko kalson holidays ki taraf se call aya tha ki apko ek offer diya jaa raha h ki ap 10 years tak kalson suites ka use karke kahi bhi reh sakte hai or uska charge unhone 1, 80, 000rs. Bola tha. Unki saari baaton ko samajhkar humne ye offer le liya or humne 10, 000rs. unhe 26 July 2019 ko debit kiye.
Unhone humse kaha ki jo ye offer ki baat hamare beech hui hai uske regarding kal apke pas ek confirmation call aega. Or 29 July 2019 ko hamare pas ek confirmation call aya jisme ki jo hume offer diya gaya tha uske baare m batakar confirm call record kiya jaa raha tha lekin hamara offer us call ke according match ni kiya or humne wo confirmation call cancel karwa diya. Fir humne kalson ki employee Mis. Anuja ko call karke bola ki aapne jo offer bataya tha wo us confirmation call m nahi bataya jaa raha tha or Mis. Anuja ne humse kaha ki mai apko apne manager se baat karke batati hu uske baad humne waha ke manager Mr. Paras se milkar baat ki lekin unhone bhi hume theek se jawab na dekar bas taal diya ki apko refund mil jaega or aj 5sep 2019 ho chuki hai or abhi tak hamara Paisa refund ni hua hai or aj ek mail aaya ki 15, 000rs. se below amount kalson holidays mai refund ni kiya jaata hai...
Aapse request hai ki hamara paisa refund karwa dijiye. Kyuki isme hamari koi bhi galti ni hai or tab bhi hume paise ni refund kiye jaa rahe hai.
