Kalubhai Batukbhai Kataria — SONY earbuds not delivered

After seekng advertisement in google about SONY ear buds for online marketing dtd 24/9/21,

I placed order for SONY ear buds on above company on 24/9/21 and Paid full amount of Rs 279. 22 through my HDFC credit card. I received confirmation of payment receipt from pay you in same day.I did not receive the item till date in spite of reminder.
I suspect it as a dubious company and cheated several customers .
Concerned have to take up the matter for redressal of grievance at the earliest.
