I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding my recent experience with your dealership, Kalyani Motors, Avalahalli, Bangalore.
On October 10, 2024, I visited your showroom to book a Dezire CNG (VXI Variant) for cab purposes. I was attended by Mr. Hemant Kumar, who recommended booking the new Dazzling Dezire model. He assured me that the vehicle would launch by the end of 2024 and committed to providing a yellow board Dazzling Dezire by January 15, 2025. Based on this commitment, I paid an advance of ₹6, 000.
However, after the vehicle launch, I received information from other sources that Maruti does not offer a yellow board option for this model. I attempted to contact Mr. Hemant Kumar for clarification, but he consistently avoided my calls. When I called him from a different number, he answered but continued to assure me that the yellow board Dazzling Dezire would be provided by January 15, 2025.
Despite waiting for several months, on January 20, 2025, Mr. Hemant Kumar informed me that Maruti does not provide a yellow board Dazzling Dezire. I then requested the contact number of his manager, Mr. Shivakumar, to escalate the matter.
When I spoke to Mr. Shivakumar, he not only refused to address my concern but falsely claimed that my loan application was rejected, even though I never applied for a loan. Moreover, his tone was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional, which is unacceptable.
This behavior reflects poorly on Kalyani Motors and raises serious concerns about how your dealership treats its customers.
I am deeply dissatisfied with this experience and demand the following actions:
Refund my booking amount of ₹6, 000 immediately.
Take strict action against Mr. Shivakumar and Mr. Hemant Kumar for their unprofessional behavior and false commitments.
Ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future to protect the interests of other customers.
I expect this complaint to be taken with the utmost priority, and I request an update on the status of my grievance at the earliest.
