I have paid advance payment Rs.5000/- for booking Alto K10 Booking No 621 at Kalyani Motors - Billekahalli Branch, due to unavoidable circumstances the purchase was postpended. Since I have submitted my refund request a month back. Still I have not received any response from them. I have called and visited several times but there is no response....

I have booked the vehicle in Kalyani motors Bannerghatta branch. At the time booking sales persons will talk nicely by telling wrong information and promising about vehicle delivery dates. Once the booking is done then you will face reality of Kalyani motors.

I recently booked Swift with Kalyani Motors Bangalore after taking confirmation from them that the Swift is readily available and i just need to go for registration. I was in hurry to buy the car and made the Cq payment, after i made the payment they started telling me that car in showroom has a dent and they need to book a new car. I was so pissed off with these people. They fully spoiled my plans.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding my recent experience with your dealership, Kalyani Motors, Avalahalli, Bangalore.

On October 10, 2024, I visited your showroom to book a Dezire CNG (VXI Variant) for cab purposes. I was attended by Mr. Hemant Kumar, who recommended booking the new Dazzling Dezire model. He assured me that the vehicle would launch by the end of 2024 and committed to providing a yellow board Dazzling Dezire by January 15, 2025. Based on this commitment, I paid an advance of ₹6, 000.

However, after the vehicle launch, I received information from other sources that Maruti does not offer a yellow board option for this model. I attempted to contact Mr. Hemant Kumar for clarification, but he consistently avoided my calls. When I called him from a different number, he answered but continued to assure me that the yellow board Dazzling Dezire would be provided by January 15, 2025.

Despite waiting for several months, on January 20, 2025, Mr. Hemant Kumar informed me that Maruti does not provide a yellow board Dazzling Dezire. I then requested the contact number of his manager, Mr. Shivakumar, to escalate the matter.

When I spoke to Mr. Shivakumar, he not only refused to address my concern but falsely claimed that my loan application was rejected, even though I never applied for a loan. Moreover, his tone was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional, which is unacceptable.

This behavior reflects poorly on Kalyani Motors and raises serious concerns about how your dealership treats its customers.

I am deeply dissatisfied with this experience and demand the following actions:

Refund my booking amount of ₹6, 000 immediately.
Take strict action against Mr. Shivakumar and Mr. Hemant Kumar for their unprofessional behavior and false commitments.
Ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future to protect the interests of other customers.
I expect this complaint to be taken with the utmost priority, and I request an update on the status of my grievance at the earliest.

Really upset next don't give service to kalyani motor

They keep calling everyday despite informing them. Now they have started a robotic calls. It is interfering with my work. Disturbing me all the time. I asked everyone who called to delete my number and not to disturb me. But no use. I just want them to stop calling me. It's a huge mistake giving my car for service there. I ll never do it again since they are irritating me constantly with so many unwanted calls.

I Have Given the car ( Swift) for service on 28.07.2023 to Kalyani Motors Nachram Branch, Hyderabad, Telangana.

As they are not responding, untill i have follwed up

Service company was charged more and the parts are good but the service company was changed the parts and asking for Payment.

The Issue with the car is Engine boring but the service company was replaced with clutuch, fly wheel Etc and asking money

I repayed all my loan taken from mPokket along with interest but it still shows active in my cibil and the mPokket is not providing no due certificate to even after complete repayment a month ago... Because of this I'm having hard time.

Kalyani motors: i have purchased baleno last year in august and i keep getting calls for service even other week even when service is not due. Its becoming a harassment to everyday answer these calls and explain service is not even due.

No insurance is expiring in aug but i have started receiving calls from may itself on a daily basis to renew.

I have spoken to supervisors in both the team and requested to block my details but there is no stopping them. Even after requesting to update my number on dnd and explaining that i am no longer in bangalore the calls continue and now they have started messaging on whats app as well.

This is becoming a harassment and i regret buying a vehicle from these people.

There should be strict laws against this as we are working professionals and do not have time to entertain such nuisances
