I ordered Black Threadwork Net Designer Gown (XXL) for ₹949.00 on 07/11/2021 from https://kalyanisilk.com/products/black-threadwork-net-designer-gown. I have not received any order updates, any delivery updates and not received my order. I have also sent the customer care 5-7 mails/complaints, but none have been replied to. I want a refund of my money if they are not going to deliver the product that I paid for.
