On 7th dec paid 2869 for 3 dresses ordered on kalyanisilk.com and received sms from +[protected] about receiving the money.
On 9th dec from same number received sms that my order has been shipped.
Today is 16th dec. No sms since 9th.
Fraud number given on website, fraud address....

I ordered Black Threadwork Net Designer Gown (XXL) for ₹949.00 on 07/11/2021 from https://kalyanisilk.com/products/black-threadwork-net-designer-gown. I have not received any order updates, any delivery updates and not received my order. I have also sent the customer care 5-7 mails/complaints, but none have been replied to. I want a refund of my money if they are not going to deliver the product that I paid for....

I had ordered a Sharara suit on 22nd Oct 2021 but I have still not recd it. I got a msg on 27th Oct saying that the product has been shipped but I have still not got it. Their phone, whatsapp, gmail nothing is reachable and they do not take the call nor respond to emssages. Even the payment is going to nebula creation. There also there is no website or contact no. My order no. is 1666. What do I do now to get back my money. I had paid already...
