Kamakart.com — Order placed and paid but not delivered and no response from merchant | |||||
I've placed an order at 16th April 2017 11:42 PM (IST) and have made payment using Paytm at their paytm number [protected]. I've been trying to get in touch with the merchant on whatsapp, phone and email but no response from the merchant. I want proper complaint filed against and sue the company for such behaviour. In fact, they charge extra Rs.50 for delivery of the product and still they don't respond to customers. This is disgusting. Was this information helpful? | |||||
