This is a fake company. I contacted them on their official what's app number to check if they have a store in bangalore. Because i wanted to be sure about the product. Also these are many such scam sites which i have come across previously. So asked them how to be sure of the product coz we can't read any reviews and no much details is given about the product.
The customer care reply is - hello, tell me what are you buying first. We don't give reviews coz of privacy (Can't their be anonymous reviews?) you are talking as if my company is scam. Please be realistic. If you want you come and buy in our chennai store. I'm educated in london etc
They were so unprofessional. Their customer care speaks like we are making some kinda mafia deal. It is so shady. I was rest assured this is not a regular customer care of a registered company. No such company taken to its customers like this Was this information helpful? |
