How on earth you expect the customer to remove the tank from solar and bring to your factory??

Was not aware this is how you differ from "warranty"!!!

Hi,

I am krishna. I bought kamal solar etc - 150 pc on 25th june 2014.

Now, its been few days that its leaking from the solar, and also, badly impacting roof and room walls.

Please send somebody to fix this problem urgently!

Note that it is under warranty period of 5 years.

Below are the details -

Capacity - 150 ltr
