You sent your person to check the unit after 5 day's when you have confirmed to consumer team, that you will fix my issue with in 5 day's. Stop saying that customer is not coordinating and making delay.
Send me warranty extension letter for all delay which is 1 year 6 month and send your vehicle with stand by unit today itself, do confirm me when you going to return. I don't want any standard reply you will take 2 day to 4 day's, i want with date.
I have not taken the kamal solar water unit free of cost, i have paid for that to kamal solar, same time kamal solar team needs to provide the service when customer is reported issue, but all time your team and mgmt take own time to get back and you expecting customer will be silent on your response after such long time?...

As per the mail I sent to Kamal solar, they agreed to replace the my solar unit and one year warranty extension .
as there no reply to my mail on note sent to them show they are happy to provide the replacement solar unit now..
this mail will be used for legal movement is still they make any messup

Being a such a reputed Solar energy company in market, I never expected your team and Kamal solar does not act on customer reported issue,
Note:Legal advise I got, If any further delay it's consider that you are approved and going to replace my Kamal solar complete unit and extend the warranty period for 1 year as compensation on delay on service response.
as it's shame on Kamal Solar, making there customer to follow all the time even keeping sales, purchase, service department and now management also, but still you making you customer to wait for such long duration on his warranty...

what do you mean that you will service the unit, the product under warranty so, there should not be service for unit, that has to be replace, more over this damage is caused by your engineer who not followed the proper procedure to for unit cleaning you already know ...

3) Payment once I done, after receiving the replacement unit, after few day's, month or year any problem ocure, you will not ask any money as discussed today to fix issue ..
4) I want the QC report on delivery time of replacement unit ..

Confirm when you sending your senior technician to replace the damage solar panel and solar tank.
now again don't make further delay for complete unit go in dead condition ...
Note: for your technician mistake you can't expect customer to pay for getting the issue fix by you, this is totally your "Kamal Solar" responsibility to make solar unit normal working condition, you can't put condition or demand customer if I want reported problem to be fixed by kamal solar I have to pay you for this.
now already stupidity done my your technician which has reduce the life spam of solar unit.
your every delay make my warranty period in loss day by day...
so kindly get this done @ my doorstep without any further delay..

what do you mean that you will service the unit, the product under warranty so, there should not be service for unit, that has to be replace, more over this damage is caused by your engineer who not followed the proper procedure to for unit cleaning you already know ...
you have taken 8 month of my warranty period without any action.
you already confirmed over phone that faulty unit will be replaced, and you have checked with your management already, you just need my approval for transportation charges Rs.3000/-, which I confirmed you.
what you mean you not accept the condition, as discussed over phone I have mention all in mail which you asked to send...
1) Confirm me pickup o[censored]nit and drop date, as it's winter session, I can't wait more then 7 day's...
2) Faulty tank and panel need to be replace, I don't want any service or alteration on same product as discussed and as you confirmed faulty unit will be replaced ..
3) Payment once I done, after receiving the replacement unit, after few day's, month or year any problem ocure, you will not ask any money as discussed today to fix issue ..
4) I want the QC report on delivery time of replacement unit ..
there is limit for taking your own time to fix the reported issue

Does this is way you take care of customer product which is purchased from you, being a reputed company and iso certified you not able to track the product detail under warranty or not still.
If customer missing warranty or invoice, does that mean you not take care of reported issue, when each invoice is generated form your system, then your system also should have copy of customer detail and product purchased date
You can't take your own time to provide the service, already lost 6 month warranty without your action to fix the issue.

Complaint marked as Resolved No action taken by company to resolve my reported issue, I want to take this issue with there top management, they also not showing interest to address the issue I am ready to file consumer case against on them, this time I am not expecting them to do service, they have to replace complete unit which is damaged by there engineer by doing the solar panel cleaning procedure by using toilet cleaning acid
and I am following with them quite long time who is not taking ownership to address, inserted of this asking customer to pay for service and transportation, who show how they make business like this..

With regards to the payment, customer has to pay rs, 5, 000/- during dismantle of the tank. the tank after dismantle will be checked at factory what all the parts have to be replaced. the necessary parts will be replaced with any additional cost from the customer. incase you wish to see the leakage or damage, you are welcome to our factory and they will open the tank and show you the damage if any.

Complaint marked as Resolved it's more the week we have shared customer details to Kamal solar and still waiting for Kamal solar update on action to fix the reported issue.

200 L Kamal solar tank started leaking post your technician open and clean with toilet cleaner acid which is damaged the tank

Sent many mail, but not getting any response, wanted to escalate this issue to higher management, how Kamal Solar respond to customer and do the damange to customer property with following inproprer procedure to clean the solar water heater .
Kindly make this fix ASAP, or replace the tank which is damage by your technician..
