I have also faced same problem like others wherein they have recieved a call from the guy representing himself from icici credit depratment and assures you that credit cards need to be changed due to security reasons and ask for details. he transacted 7750 rs from my credit amount. later called to credit card customer care about this he says they dont care about this. irony is many of the fraud payments are done to kamkash sale soultion but yet how banks allow to pay this firm without any confirmation or second thought. are they all involved?
