Kanpur Development Authority — contractor left extracted pavement interlocking tiles after completing work

Kda contractor extracted pavement tiles to finish some work and left out those tiles dumped on road in pathetic condition on dec 24th 2017.

Please help to get a hold of this contractor to put these tiles set back on pavement.
