Kanpur Jal Board — Correction request -Water Bill charges without water line connection

Dear Sir / Madam,

I am resident of Panki C-Block, 346. I have received water Bill of amount Rs. 28828/- Including Water Bill and Sever Charges.

I would like to bring your attention that I did not have water connection, though I have sever line connection.

So, I should be charged for Sever line, which I am ready to pay, But water connection since I don't have, so the Water bill should not be charged to me.

Request your sir, To kindly look into this concern of mine. I am willingly to pay righteous amount to authority, but water bill charges may be waived off.
