Dear Sir / Madam,

I am resident of Panki C-Block, 346. I have received water Bill of amount Rs. 28828/- Including Water Bill and Sever Charges.

I would like to bring your attention that I did not have water connection, though I have sever line connection.

So, I should be charged for Sever line, which I am ready to pay, But water connection since I don't have, so the Water bill should not be charged...

Dear sir,

i have complaint for Kanpur jalkal vibhag (water supply), i don't have any connection of water supply and then after they charged me with Rs, 15113/- for last 9 years. Even i am suffering from water line broken, the govt. pipe line is broken and we are suffering from serious problem that the water is filled in front of our house .
We Had a problem to Walk in and out of our house and street.
it happens...
