Kanpur Municipal Corporation — Not receiving the complaint even after writing couple of times to customer care

Dear consure compaints,

I had wrote couple of times to your customer care to remove the complaint which i had posted in consumer complaints forum. They have asked me couple of questions before removing the complaint, for which i have replied back them. But still there is no action taken.

Please do address this concern and provide an option to the user either to keep or remove the post once its got resolved.
