Kanshubaa — Wrong product delivered

I had order an embroidered kurta set (Invoice no Retail00333, order no KB1533490). The price was 876 INR. However I have received a completely different item- a white saree, not even worth 200 INR. There website keeps loading now. I have emailed them, however I don’t know whether they will even bother replying. I want my money back. It is a fraud website and I shouldn’t have bought.
