I bought a Suit worth Rs. 876 from
https://zurnner.shop/ but they sent a low quality Saree instead. As I am trying to return the product, the email address zurnner.[protected]@gmail.com given on the website is incorrect. Thus, I am not able to contact the company. They delivered the product via XpressBees using Shiprocket platform. The package had "Florina" written under "shipped by" with no return address and no GST number. The email ID used to send me tracking details was official.[protected]@gmail.com. Now that I am searching for Zoganta Store, it seems that this had various scam reports before and now this company has changed its name to Zurnner Clothing. I would like to receive a refund of Rs. 876 please.
