Kantipudi Nissan — Time taken for servicing is more than 3 months-still not completed

Dear Nissa,

I am writing this with great disappointment with NISSAN DEALERS .

We have submitted our Nissan Terrano Sport Edition car for service at at KANTIPUDI NISSAN Rajahmundry during 2nd Week of June 2021. It has been 3 month since we submitted the card and still the car service is not completed and the car is not handed over. Evert time call up the showroom to check the Status, we were told it will take another 1 week or 2 weeks.

MY first concern why it took about the month to Service My car.
Second, I need my card to be serviced and delivered in next 24 Hrs.
If not Done, KANTIPUDI NISSAN Rajahmundry Should arrange an alternative car at FREE OF COST for my Commute.

If failed to receive any positive response from NISSAN .I may post it on all Social media channels about the Servicing and Quality's .

Please be reminded that i have not bought the car to put it in your showroom as showcase piece.
