Kapil Chit Funds — complaint about reimbursement of chit amount

I am an existing customer oy kapil, recently on 30 september i gave a letter at vanasthali puram branch to cancel my 5 lakh chit bearing no fdvt30j-16, but still i have not received any cheques or money, i paid for 29 months,, the coserned manager and staff are not responding properly,, so arrange my money immediately or i have to go to consumer forum
