Renuka Devi Chakilam R/o Nagole, Hyd is filing a complaint petition against Branch Manager, Kapil Chits Pvt Ltd, Hastinapur Branch (presently at LB Nagar, Hyd) regarding my fixed deposit. After completion of the maturity date i.e.., 7-Sep-2018, we have requested the manager for refund of Rupees 2, 00, 000 (Two Lakh Rupees) which is deposited on 7-Sep-2017 bearing
Rc No - Certificate No: PA/KS-SECBAD/G42/2017 dated 7-Sep-2017.
According to the above we have been contacting the manager by Phone and personally to the branch office since last month. The manager is not responding properly and showing his negligence even after many requests we made. Finally we interacted with him and requested to refund the amount and told him that we will file a complaint petition to RM/AGM against him; but he did not respond and the amount seems to be misappropriated by the concerned Manager/Branch.
Hence I request you to consider my complaint and take necessary action in this regard and refund my amount immediately.

• Copy to the ombudsman, Hyd.
• Copy to the Print Media, Hyd.
