Kapil Chit Funds — complaint : delay in sanction of chit amount

I would like to complain about the delay of sanction of my chit amount that has been raised on 29 october 2019 and i have not received the required amount i. E 5 lakh rupees till now. I have been paying every month instalments without any delay or failure.

I have raised the chit on 29 october 2020 and provided solid surety details of various persons within a week, which have been verified by your staff. I have contacted the manager and office members of my branch i. E lb nagar branch many times about this problem and they have not solved this problem and ignored it. I am getting this to your notice because i would like you to solve my problem and take strict action over the branch so that this would not happen again.
