Kapil Chit Funds — I have lifted the 10 lakh chit not paying the amount

I have a 10 lakh chit in Bhongiri branch yadadri district. The manager is not lifting the phone I have lifted the chit in August 2023 still they are not paying the amount. They are passing the days.
