Kapil Chit Funds — iam complaining about facing the issue related interest pending amount and neft without knowledge accountant in khammam branch

I have chits scheme in khammam muncipal branch kapil chits.
After my chit drawing they are given amount more than 60 days actual it is 45 days the manager said remaining days we provide interest they are not responding from the last 7 months and it is in the form of due and continuing every month with interest so pls solve this the manager madhuker was not caring and misbehaving with customers iam sending every month in neft the accountant still not understanding the process saying amount not came please take it as a serious issue and solve there is no sorce to communicate so iam raising complaint understand how much iam suffered.
