Kapil Chit Funds — kapil chit funds delay in payment of prized money since last 5 months

Delay in paying my chit prized amount from last five and half months and not responding to my calls – Branch Manager, Himayat Nagar given open statement that they don't have sufficient funds and Company position is BAD due to non-collections – I am -Suffering from huge financial losses and mental tension for which leading my life miserable.
