I have 2 chits in vizag, gajuvaka branch... And the chit numbers are fgwt05p-37

Whatever my payments that are not credited to me from past 1 year the branch manager gollu srinivas cheated us by diverting our payments to someother client's chits. Now he's not responding to our calls to credit our amount to our chits. Whom do we complain on gollu srinivas?
