Kapil Chit Funds — non payment of chit bid amount

I lifted chit no. Fhl09p-34 in september 2018 and completed all the documentation required. So far the chit amount was not paid to me.
As more than 4 months period was over from lifting the chit, i just
Want to know from the higher authorities of the 'kapil chits' company
As to whether any time frame was fixed for payment of the chit value
After auction. If so, kindly let me know. So far i paid the monthly
Subscriptions on time without any delay. So, let me know how long i
Have to wait to get my bid amount. The branch manager, abids and
Their staff is cooperative but unable to pay the amount till now. Where
Is the lapse... Is it on the part of the branch people... Or on the part of
Organisation. Do some thing before people loose their trust over the
Organisation. It is not at all good for you and affect the growth of your business.
